PassiveVelocity generates a unique, tracked referral link for each Affiliate and offer. When someone follows that link, the platform records the click and, if the visitor completes a qualifying action defined by the Vendor, the resulting lead or conversion is attributed to that Affiliate.
Attribution windows, qualifying events, and any de-duplication or last-click rules are determined by the offer's configuration. Because Vendors control their offers, a Vendor may set specific qualifying and approval criteria. PassiveVelocity records activity according to those rules and reports it to both the Affiliate and the Vendor.
PassiveVelocity records and reports attributed activity, but the Vendor funds and pays commissions and makes the final approval decision on qualifying conversions. Questions about payout amounts or timing are between the Affiliate and the Vendor — see the Affiliate Terms.
Artificially generated clicks, leads, or conversions, and any attempt to manipulate tracking, are prohibited under the Acceptable Use Policy. Invalid activity may be filtered, and associated attribution and commissions may be voided.
If you believe a click, lead, conversion, or commission was attributed incorrectly, open a tracking dispute. Include the offer, referral link, dates, and any reference details so we can investigate. Attribution-mechanics disputes are handled by PassiveVelocity; Vendor payout decisions remain with the Vendor.
