Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses PassiveVelocity — Affiliates, Vendors, and visitors. It sits alongside the Affiliate Terms and Vendor Agreement. PassiveVelocity is a technology and reporting platform and enforces these rules to keep the platform safe and trustworthy.

You must not:

• Make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about any offer, including guaranteed earnings or returns.
• Manipulate tracking, generate fraudulent clicks, leads, or conversions, or misattribute activity.
• Use unapproved links, cloaking, spam, or deceptive redirects.
• Promote illegal products or services, or offers that violate applicable law in the target market.
• Infringe intellectual-property or publicity rights, or misuse another party's brand.
• Harass, defraud, or harm other users, customers, or the public.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, security measures, or offer eligibility rules.
• Scrape, overload, or interfere with the platform's systems.

Vendors must operate offers lawfully, honor their own stated terms, maintain the licensing and regulatory approvals their offer requires, and handle customer funds, refunds, and fulfillment responsibly. Because Vendors control offer finances, failures in those areas are the Vendor's responsibility, and may also lead to enforcement action on the platform.

Affiliates must promote offers truthfully, follow each offer's rules, disclose referral relationships where required, and use only approved, tracked referral links. Passive participation does not remove the obligation to comply with this policy.

PassiveVelocity may investigate suspected violations and take action, including warning, limiting features, withholding disputed attribution, pausing, suspending, or removing offers, and suspending or terminating accounts. PassiveVelocity may pause, suspend, or remove offers at its discretion. Enforcement on the platform does not make PassiveVelocity responsible for an offer's finances or a Vendor's obligations.
