The platform builds and maintains the software that Vendors use to publish offers and that Affiliates use to promote them and track results. PassiveVelocity is not a financial institution, broker, custodian, or investment manager, and it is not a party to the transactions that happen inside a Vendor's offer.
PassiveVelocity is available globally as a technology and reporting platform. Individual offers may be restricted to specific regions, and some may require access from a supported location. Vendors are responsible for the licensing, regulatory, and eligibility requirements that apply to their offer in each market where it is promoted.
