Affiliate Terms

These Affiliate Terms govern your use of PassiveVelocity as an Affiliate. PassiveVelocity is a technology and reporting platform. It provides your account, generates your tracked referral links, and records the clicks, leads, and conversions attributed to them.

Affiliate membership is free. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and be legally able to enter into these terms. We may decline, suspend, or terminate access that violates these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

• Following each offer's rules, eligibility, and promotion terms
• Promoting offers truthfully, without false or misleading claims
• Disclosing referral relationships where required by law
• Complying with the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable laws
• Only using approved, tracked PassiveVelocity referral links
• Understanding that commissions are funded and paid by the Vendor
• Accepting that passive participation carries Vendor terms and risk

Each offer has its own rules set by the Vendor — eligibility, permitted promotion methods, approved claims, and geographic restrictions. You must follow the rules of every offer you promote. Offers may be paused, suspended, or removed at any time, and their review status is displayed openly. A completed review is a process status, not an endorsement or guarantee — see the Offer Review Policy.

You must only use the tracked referral links generated by PassiveVelocity. Attempting to manipulate tracking, generate fraudulent clicks or leads, or misattribute activity is prohibited and may void commissions. How attribution works and how to dispute it is described in the Tracking & Attribution Policy.

Commission rates, qualifying events, approval, and payout timing are set and controlled by each Vendor. PassiveVelocity records attributed activity and reports it, but the Vendor funds and pays commissions and resolves commission-related questions about its offer. Commission disputes about attribution can be raised with us; disputes about payout amounts or timing are between you and the Vendor.

Passive participation is subject to each Vendor's terms and carries risk. PassiveVelocity does not guarantee any earnings, results, or Vendor performance. Please review our Risk Disclosures.

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or applicable law, and we may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
