This Privacy Policy explains how PassiveVelocity, operating as a technology and reporting platform, collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data. PassiveVelocity provides the software that Vendors use to publish offers and that Affiliates use to promote them and track results. Vendors independently control the finances, fulfillment, and customer relationships of their own offers.

We collect the following categories of data:

• Account data — name, email, and credentials for Affiliates and Vendors.
• Offer and campaign data — offers, referral links, and promotional assets.
• Activity data — clicks, leads, conversions, and commission records generated through tracked links.
• Technical data — IP address, device and browser information, and approximate location used for tracking and fraud prevention.
• Communications — messages you send to our support channels.

• Operate the platform, your account, and access controls.
• Generate tracked referral links and record attributed activity.
• Produce Affiliate and Vendor reporting and exportable transaction history.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and policy violations.
• Provide support and respond to your requests.
• Comply with legal obligations.

PassiveVelocity does not process offer checkout or payments and does not hold participant funds, so it does not collect payment-card or bank-account details for offer purchases — those are handled directly by the Vendor's payment provider.

We share personal data only as needed to operate the platform:

• With Vendors — the Affiliate and lead/conversion data required to attribute activity and pay commissions on their offers.
• With Affiliates — the activity and commission data attributed to their own referral links.
• With service providers — infrastructure, email, and analytics providers acting on our instructions.
• For legal reasons — where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the platform.

We do not sell personal data.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the privacy channel below. Where a Vendor is the controller of data collected through its offer, we will help route your request to the appropriate Vendor.
