Dispute Policy

How to raise complaints and disputes on PassiveVelocity — what the platform handles, and what is the Vendor's responsibility.

Last updated: July 12, 2026

1.How disputes work here

Because PassiveVelocity is a technology and reporting platform and Vendors control offer finances, different disputes are handled by different parties. This policy explains what to bring to PassiveVelocity and what is the Vendor's responsibility.

Payments, refunds, returns, chargebacks, fulfillment, and Affiliate payouts are controlled by the Vendor of the offer. PassiveVelocity does not hold funds and cannot issue refunds or pay commissions on a Vendor's behalf.

2.What PassiveVelocity handles

  • Tracking and attribution disputes — incorrect clicks, leads, conversions, or commission attribution.
  • Acceptable Use and compliance concerns about the platform or an offer's presentation.
  • Offer complaints — we review complaints and may pause, suspend, or remove offers.
  • Privacy requests relating to data PassiveVelocity controls.
  • Account, access, and platform functionality issues.

3.What the Vendor handles

  • Refunds, returns, and chargebacks for offer purchases.
  • Customer funds, billing, and payment processing.
  • Product or service fulfillment and delivery.
  • Affiliate commission payout amounts and timing.
  • The Vendor's own terms, guarantees, and customer support.

4.How to raise a dispute

Use the channel that matches your issue:

  • Tracking or commission attribution — open a tracking dispute.
  • A specific offer's claims or conduct — open an offer complaint.
  • A platform policy or legal concern — open a compliance concern.
  • Refunds, fulfillment, or payouts — contact the Vendor of the offer directly.

Start any platform dispute from our Contact & Support page, or email the offer complaint or tracking dispute channels directly.

5.Review and outcomes

We review platform disputes and may request supporting details. Possible outcomes include correcting attribution, filtering invalid activity, taking enforcement action under the Acceptable Use Policy, and pausing, suspending, or removing offers. PassiveVelocity's involvement in a dispute does not transfer a Vendor's financial or fulfillment obligations to the platform.
