Offers listed on PassiveVelocity are operated by third-party Vendors. PassiveVelocity is a technology and reporting platform and does not guarantee any earnings, profits, returns, or results, and does not guarantee Vendor performance.

An offer's review status reflects a process, not an endorsement. A "vetted" status does not guarantee the safety, legality, quality, or performance of an offer or Vendor. See the Offer Review Policy.

Passive participation is subject to each Vendor's terms and carries risk. Being passive does not reduce the underlying risk of an offer, and it does not shift responsibility for the offer to PassiveVelocity. Vendors control checkout, customer funds, refunds, fulfillment, and commissions.

PassiveVelocity does not hold, custody, or manage participant funds and does not process offer payments. Any funds you provide go to the Vendor or its payment provider, and the Vendor is responsible for handling those funds, refunds, and fulfillment. Disputes about money are handled per the Dispute Policy.
